My husband & I can't express enough how incredible our experience was with Harvey Robinson. We tried to sell with another estate agents before COVID hit and we just felt like we were put on the backburner to be forgotten about.

Our property was a flat which are always a bit more challenging to sell but Harvey Robinson was extremely pro-active in seeking out every opportunity for us to sell our place.

We had a NIGHTMARE with our solicitors and Sophie was incredible with getting updates for us even though it wasn't Harvey Robinson's fault. There was never a single day where I felt the service from Sophie was lacking, and even when she was off the rest of the team were picking up her work effortlessly as though they'd been involved from the start.

We bought our next property without an estate agent as it was a new build but because we used the recommended solicitors, Sophie extended her assistance to help us move things along with the solicitor. They had no responsibility to help us with our onward purchase, but chose to anyway.

Sophie was always happy to help and never forgot about us. I will be honest in admitting how sceptical I was in the validity of the 5 star reviews they boast but having chosen them we can see exactly how they earned all of those reviews. These guys work so damn hard, they truly don't deserve anything less than 5 star reviews. We would 100000% be happy to do business with them again. Biggleswade is so lucky to have them around, and it's no wonder there are so many sold Harvey Robinson signs around town!
