I sold my house earlier this year with Harvey Robinson and the whole journey with them was excellent from the house valuation to completion. They had an excellent knowledge of the market and provided evidence to back up their valuation, which made me feel more at ease. Our house sold within two weeks which was excellent and during that time Joel and Mathew were brilliant at giving feedback from viewings soon after they’d happened so we were fully aware of everything that was happening at all stages. Both Mathew and Joel listened to what we’d like in our next house and we’re excellent at trying to find us houses to view that matched that which we appreciated. They were both very prompt and answering my many questions throughout the process and kept me updated and how things were progressing. As we neared the stamp duty holiday deadline Justin took over trying to make sure our sale and purchase went through on time and was in daily communication and helped us get there in time which made a stressful time more bearable. We can’t thank the whole team enough for their help with selling our house and we’d highly recommend them.
