Sophie and Sam looked after the sale excellently! The service provided throughout was beyond what I had expected; both in terms of professionalism and communication.

A few examples of things I valued:
- No question was a stupid question
- I did not experience any delays or issues when trying to contact them
- A change I suggested to the listing was made within minutes of posting (on a Saturday)
- Feedback after viewings was always prompt and informative.

Furthermore, they assisted with the fact that I was away from the property, making arrangements for EPC assessment to take place. Very happy that I chose to sell with the HR Team!
