The people at Harvey Robinson were professional and helpful every step of the way during the purchase of my first house. I had a lot of questions and they always answered quickly and kindly. They were always happy to help and I never felt pressured into anything that they offered. Samantha took the lead on my purchase. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. My solicitors were difficult to get a hold of and were not forthcoming with updates. I had at least a fortnightly update from Sam, which only increased in frequency as we neared completion. She in the only reason I really had any idea what was going on! My entire experience of buying a house was made so much better by her! She was lovely, personable and kind. Cannot recommend this estate agents enough.
