During the viewing process I was always informed beforehand of upcoming viewings and afterwards feedback was always provided from the viewing which was very helpful. When the property was under offer of sale I was regularly updated on the progress of the conveyancing process and staff were prompt to respond to any emails I might send. Overall I was very pleased with the whole process and aware that a lot of work went on behind the scenes to ensure marketing of the property progressed as efficiently as possible through to a completion of sale.
