Not being based in the Huntingdon area, I was anxious about how the sale of my aunt's house, needed to fund her care home fees, might proceed. I need not have worried. From the very first meeting with Jodie Craig of the Huntingdon office of Harvey Robinson, I felt confident that the sale was in competent and very capable hands. This feeling was reinforced by all the subsequent contacts I had with Jodie and her team. Whilst I was sure they have many properties to deal with on a daily basis, their detailed attention to what was a relatively modest transaction was exemplary. In addition, I was very satisfied with the contractors that were sourced both for the cleaning of the house before the launch of the property on the market and the final clearance, which removed another potential source of anxiety for me. When I made my final visit to ensure that everything was in good order, I thought the interior of the house looked really clean and positively welcoming.
