We recently purchased a house through Harvey Robinson and the service we received was great!
Jodie was lovely and very helpful. She always responded to our emails and phone calls promptly.
We were kept informed every step of the way and Jodie made sure that she made contact with all parties involved so when she contacted us she had all possible information.
I was selling a house at the same time and I barely heard from my estate agent so it was reassuring to hear about my sale as well as the purchase from Jodie.
Towards the end of the process things started to get a bit tense as it was taking so long but Jodie was always professional and understanding on our situation.

When we collected the keys, We were given a card. It seems a small thing but its touches like this that make the experience better.

Harvey Robinson recommended Paul from Expert Financial to us and this was a major help. Paul was informative and very helpful. He opened options to us that enabled us to comfortably afford the property. The process was straightforward and we were kept informed at every stage.

We hope to never move again but if we do we will definitely consider using Harvey Robinson.
