Our experience with Harvey Robinson has always been excellent, we purchased our first home through them and 5 years later sold it onwards through them. Their communication is excellent - what's particularly great is the instant feedback you get emailed after each viewing. You get feedback on the same day so you're not left wondering how they found your home, which is lovely when you know strangers have been shown around it! They contact you regularly throughout the process of sale to let you know any updates. You never feel forgotten about in the process and the team are all really friendly, approachable and down to earth. James, Jodie and Dan were all fantastic and although the process took a long time (solicitors!) we know that Harvey Robinson were doing everything they could in their power to progress our home sale and I'm confident because of their communication our buyers felt supported and "in the loop" as wel.
