From the very first time that Jodie stepped over the threshold of 25 St. Peter's Road, she acted cheerfully, positively and professionally in every aspect of the sale of the Bungalow. She was one of 4 Estate Agents we 'interviewed' initially and immediately impressed us with her knowledge and experience, seeming to take a strong personal interest in our circumstances. She was an excellent ambassador for Harvey Robinson and was clearly the most approachable and effective agent which led us to unanimously agree to work with her and HR.
Throughout the process, despite numerous obstacles, Jodie proved to be relentlessly determined in delivering a satisfactory outcome for both vendor and purchaser and ultimately achieved that goal. Her communication was outstanding, keeping our entire team updated on a regular basis and going the extra mile when it came to arranging a wide range of clearance activities.
I cannot really speak highly enough of Jodie as a facilitator and manager. She demonstrated a wide range of skills and aptitudes which enabled her to negotiate through some quite challenging situations and arrive at solutions which suited the needs + aspirations of all sides - always with a smile on her face. Nothing seems to phase her and she appeared to take a genuine pleasure in helping us get a decent deal over the line. The bottom line is that Jodie delivered on all of her objectives, kept us fully in the loop and produced the final result that we had all hoped for;
