Myself and my partner have been renting via Harvey Robinson for the last 4 months and they have been amazing. We recently had some maintenance issues with our gas supplier meaning we had no heating or hot water and within a few hours the issues were resolved and this is all thanks to Lisa Molyneaux & Monta Beguna. The worry of not having any hot water or heating with the weekend coming and it being winter is just awful. Lisa actually called the supplier on our behalf so we didn’t have to sit on hold to them. You can’t get better customer service than that! Lisa and Monta updated me regularly and went above and beyond to help us out which I can safely say you wouldn’t always get that via other estate agents from previous experience. Thank you again ladies :)
