I have been a tenant being looked after by Harvey Robinson for coming up to 11 years, and I can honestly say that they are brilliant. When I have an issue they are very quick to respond and deal with it, and get someone sent out. I always receive emails and text messages with dates in advance when inspections are due or if they have query. They are not intrusive like some other letting agents can be either, and respect that although this may not be my house, it IS my home.
