Whilst I was on holiday, my partner got locked out of the house. It would of been expensive to call out a locksmith as it was out of hours. Also being a diabetic my partner needed access to his insulin.

But Lisa was amazing, friendly and supportive and met my partner with the spare keys. Which meant access to the property and his insulin.

This was great customer service showing compassion and understanding. Lisa really went above and beyond.

We have rented from Harvey Robinson for three years and at all times been efficient, understanding and supportive.

What could of turned into a expensive nightmare became a magic moment.
