My partner and I purchased our first house at the beginning of this year through Harvey Robinson St Ives. Megan, Corrine and Katie were absolutely fantastic. The sales progression was top notch. I work in the conveyancing industry and work closely with many estate agents on a daily basis and so am very familiar with good service vs bad service from agents. I can honestly say the service was outstanding and the girls went above and beyond working daily on our file to get all of our negotiations agreed with the seller. There was lots of back and forth and lots of negotiations which the girls dealt with so efficiently, professionally and promptly. Fantastic communication, very quick responses to calls and emails and regular updates. Notwithstanding all of the negotiations, works and tests that had to be carried out, the girls managed to push completion through from start to finish in 7 weeks for us. I would highly recommend their services.
