I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Harvey Robinson in St Ives as a prospective buyer. Right from the initial enquiry they were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. My viewing went very smoothly, Katie was waiting for me when I arrived and she very obviously understood the property that I was viewing and was able to quickly deal with my questions and explain things as needed. After the viewing the additional questions that I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Sophie who got me the answers that I needed. When buying houses, it's easy to forget that the buyer is not the agent's customer and some agents that I have dealt with have made this apparent in the way that they deal with buyers. This was definitely not my experience here and I felt that I was as important in the sales process as the seller. If you are thinking of listing with Harvey Robinson then I would not hesitate to recommend them based on how they will treat your prospective buyers, I know that if I have a property to sell again in the future, I will be giving them a call.
