Over the course of several months in 2022, my partner and I were in close contact with Sophie at Harvey Robinson in St Ives as we purchased a house in the area. Sophie was supportive, informative and easy to liaise with throughout. We were kept up to date with regular phone calls and emails from Sophie, and we were able to get Sophie or one of her colleagues on the phone when we needed to share information from our side.
