We have been working with Katie and her team to sell our cottage since January 2023 and although we are still looking for a buyer the service we have received from the team at HR has been first class. Communication has been consistently strong with fortnightly calls throughout and importantly immediate feedback following viewings - exactly what the customer wants. Any adjustments to the marketing approach and pricing has been collaborative, with no pressure applied from the HR side and the final decision left with ourselves. We are keeping faith with this approach and hopeful that the buyer will be through the door soon.
