We have just finalised our purchase through Harvey Robinson.
After a rather "sticky" start, Harvey Robinson proved to be the best estate agent within the whole of the chain!

We found ourselves in a rather "unstable" chain on more than one occasion but Harvey Robinson rose to the challenge each time - especially on completion day when we found ourselves to be "homeless" with the chain possibly going to collapse! It was the coldest day of the year, we had been up early and worked hard to move out of our property in a timely manner. Poor ol' Katie Taylor @ HR St ives office ended up with us two hoboes taking advantage of the warmth of her office and necking her tea and coffee supply! Katie was extremely empathetic, caring, professional and informative. Katie was with us every step of the way that afternoon right up to when the chain stopped (uncompleted!). She was a great support to us both during a very difficult few hours.
The chain completed the very next morning with no trouble at all :)
