From a buyer's protective, HR have been incredibly good. Jade in particular was the one that guided me as a FTB and kept me up to date with all that was happening with the chain. Anytime I had questions related to the property she'd be highly responsive and never missed a query. Overall it's been a pleasant, no hassle experience with little pressure from the estate agents.
