I dealt with Sam (Samuel) when buying a flat through Harvey Robinson and can't thank him enough for the way he managed the process and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the purchase. The buying process ended up being very long and at times complex. Sam always kept me informed of everything from his side with a phonecall every week, even if there wasn't much to report. Whenever I had a question and Sam wasn't available, another member of staff was always on hand to help. I was very keen to complete before the stamp duty holiday came to an end (end of September 2021) and when this started to look like it was in doubt (due to problems further down the line) I felt Sam went beyond the call of duty, taking responsibility for the situation and communicating with all the parties to make it happen. I'm very happy in my new home and would recommend Harvey Robinson and Sam in particular for buying or selling a property. Thank you!
