Staff from Harvey Robinson initially valued my late mother’s house with a correctly worded and accurate probate valuation, alongside the provision of details on comparable properties, with no unnecessary marketing jargon and didn’t pester me afterwards.  Just what was needed at the time, so it was not difficult to decide who to use for the sale.  After the granting of probate, the property was re-valued and offered for sale with good quality photographs, videos, details and publicity both on-line and in house.  Viewings were accompanied and very quickly reported upon, with the company then assisting to achieve the best possible price.  Post sale, as the company could talk to all parties and their legal representatives when I couldn’t, I was constantly updated of the situation, which was appreciated and I have no hesitation recommending them.       Mervyn A
